Kids Muay Thai

Our Kids Class is built with the vision to incorporate the benefits of Muay Thai training with everyday life skills. Our Kids learn the importance of respect, focus, discipline and perseverance while also having fun and staying active. These classes are well structured and supported by quality trainers who encourage our kids to train to their full potential. We believe “practice makes improvement” which is why we offer Kids Classes four days a week!


Youth Muay Thai
Ages 11 - 15
Our Youth Muay Thai classes are designed to build strong, confident and disciplined young athletes both on and off the mats! With a focus on technique, fitness and respect, these sessions offer a safe, supportive space for teens to learn real Muay Thai.
Beginners Muay Thai
Perfect for the absolute beginner, this class focuses on mastering the basics of Muay Thai and learning the language of pad holding.
This class will set you up with the skills needed for a strong foundation and understanding of Muay Thai giving you the confidence to move into the next class up


Muay Thai Fundamentals
The next step up from our beginners class, our Fundamentals classes continue to build on the understanding of Muay Thai by breaking down slightly more advanced techniques. With a slower paced learning environment these classes really enable you to hone in on these skills and perfect these techniques.
Technical
A technique-focused class emphasizing precision, balance and timing. Ideal for students looking to refine fundamentals and develop advanced combinations.

Advanced Striking
Focused on high-level Muay Thai combinations, timing and counters. This fast-paced class is designed for experienced students looking to bring their skills to the next level and ideal for those with upcoming fights.
Women's Muay Thai

Our Women's Muay Thai Class provides a safe and inclusive environment for women of all walks of life to come and enjoy the benefits of Muay Thai. Learn basic Muay Thai techniques while achieving a full body workout that will help build strength, endurance and overall fitness.
